Learn the art of traditional egg pasta from scratch in this hands-on class. Master mixing, kneading, and cutting to create delicious, fresh pasta you can proudly recreate at home. In this class you will make and bring home your own fresh pasta! A special pasta meal and non-alcoholic drinks provided. Feel free to BYOB! Class schedule: 6:30pm - Intros and appetizers 6:45pm - Class begins and we make our pasta dough 7:15 pm - Enjoy a pasta dish created by Seashore Gourmet while watching a demonstration on how to roll your dough and use the pasta machines 8pm - Roll and cut your pasta using the available pasta machines 9pm - Class ends and you take your pasta home to enjoy!
